Great Wolf Lodge Jackson, TN is a proposed Great Wolf Lodge location that was first announced in February 2020. If constructed, it will be located in Jackson, Tennessee, which is located east of Memphis. The Jackson Chamber has discussed the possibility of opening a new lodge for several years, indicating that there is a strong interest in building a Lodge in the city. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many budget cuts were made, pushing the possible project back.

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee put in his budget a $20 million incentive package to help this project. The Senate and House both passed the budget, so the money can be used to move this project forward.

Great Wolf Lodge’s team will determine if they will purchase the Tiger Jones Industrial Park property from the City of Jackson and will decide when groundbreaking commences. Because of the pandemic, the 1$50 million price of the original lodge plan may change.

President and CEO of the Jackson Chamber, Kyle Spurgeon anticipated the construction date to be in 2022, and he will continue to update the community with dates as the project moves forward.

Somewhere between Late 2022-Early 2023, Spurgeon gave out a new announcement for when lodge groundbreaking would likely begin. “Lodge will be under construction prior to Dec. 31, 2024,” said Spurgeon. "We are all hoping the actual commencement of construction is much sooner.”
