Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington, MN is a Great Wolf Lodge located in Bloomington, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis, near the Mall of America. It opened in 2017 and is the company's 15th location. Much like the lodges in Fitchburg, MA and Colorado Springs, CO, this location was also completely unaffiliated with Great Wolf Resorts before its acquisition.
History[]
Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington opened its doors in May 2006 as the Water Park of America. It was connected to a 404-room Radisson hotel. Both the hotel and the water park were managed by Evolution Hospitality. In January 2017, Great Wolf Resorts acquired the property for $39 million. The resort later reopened under the Great Wolf Lodge brand in December of that same year.
